Hanover concentrated on the passing game Friday against Onaga and in doing so, Wildcat quarterback Braelen Stallbaumer tied an eight-man state football record.

Stallbaumer completed 15 of 20 passes for 330 yards and nine touchdowns. The nine scores is a single game record that has been done only four other times. Matt Hurley, Deerfield, was first to do it in 1995. Both Bo Savage, Central Burden, and Dayton Walter, Lincoln, accomplished the feat in 2011, and Logan Marten, Onaga, did it in 2016.
