Windows refurbished at Lee Dam

Kellen Tegtmeier, an employee with Darrell Rohr, The Handy Man, Hanover, varnishes the woodwork around windows Monday at the Lee Dam Center for Fine Art. The windows have been refurbished with panes replaced, frames repaired and other improvements to make them functional. They are the final phase of recent renovations at the art center, which had its kitchen entirely redone this winter.
