Blair Russell, formerly of Marysville, was inducted into the Kansas City Kansas Community College's Hall of Fame Friday. She was recognized for her talents in volleyball. She helped to lead KCK to the national tournament and collected several honors along the way. 

Marysville High School graduate Blair Russell, Lawrence, joined her father and aunt as a Hall of Fame inductee following a ceremony Friday at Kansas City Kansas Community College.

Blair, a multi-sport standout at MHS and the daughter of Mike and Tacy Russell, Omaha, shined as a 5-foot-9 outside hitter for the Blue Devils in 2013 and 2014. Her father, Mike, is in the Coffeyville Community College football Hall of Fame. Her aunt, Kate Russell, is in the Cloud County Community college women’s basketball Hall of Fame. All are MHS graduates.
