With the coming retirement of Sen. Pat Roberts, a U.S. Senate seat will be up for grabs in Kansas’ 2020 election. Usha Reddi, a Manhattan Democrat, sees a path to victory.

Reddi, a Manhattan city commissioner and former mayor, spoke at a meeting of the Marshall County Democratic Party on Jan. 8 at Marysville Public Library. About 30 people attended.
