State museum exhibit

A Blue Rapids girl’s effort to support troops in World War I is the focus of Marshall County’s display in the Kansas Museum of History current exhibit “105 Counties, 105 Stories,” which runs through January.

“Every person has stories to tell — stories about life, family, community, and times,” says the museum’s news release. “Since 1875 the Kansas Historical Society has been collecting stories from all 105 counties in our great state. These stories are preserved in the thousands of artifacts, documents, photographs and other records in our collections.”
